Can I cancel my order and you refund me?

Yes, as long as it has not shipped or a custom, made to order product. These terms are set out at point of sale that they cannot be cancelled and refunded. 

Why can you not offer my disc dashes / dividers / inserts punched?

Due to the variants in "mushroom" punch - some being shorter and some being longer we cannot guarantee this punch will match your current setup.

Can you punch my disc dashes / dividers / inserts?

Yes, as long as you agree to the terms that the mushroom punch holes may differ to other products on the market and/or your planner setup. Please contact us with your order number to request this within 2 days of your order.

Can you do a custom size currently not offered on your site ie. Franklin Convey, B6, A5 Wide etc?

We are so sorry but it's just not possible at the moment. Any orders made requesting a size not offered will either be refunded and cancelled or sent to the purchased size. 

How long will my order take to ship?

Most custom orders take 1-2 weeks but at busy periods can take up to a month to process.

Non-custom orders should be shipped out to you within 3-4 working days.

Do you make any LV products anymore or custom orders?

Unfortunately, we came away from branded like products last year to work on our own brand, so we do not do these products or custom products like this anymore.

My mail is delayed / lost in the mail.

Please refer to the Shipping section on this website if you believe your mail is lost or delayed and your rights.

Please also give time for mail to work its way through an unprecedented time. We are told to recommend 30 days before reaching out to us.

My order is incorrect!

This sometimes happens and it's so frustrating but if it is please reach out to us with your order number and details / photos and this will be rectified right away.
