- All sales for digital, custom or pre-order products are final, and will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges if the incorrect size has been ordered. There is a product size guide for measurements on each listing to assist you.
- If we have made an error on your order or you have received a faulty product, please contact us with 7 days of delivery with your order number and we will do what we can to resolve the issue for you.
- Please be advised that most products from SaltyTwentyTwo have are handmade and some slight variations and characteristics can be expected.
- If you are unhappy with a product that is not custom made or made to order and would like a refund or exchange please contact us right away. We can offer exchanges and refunds on some items but return and exchange postage will have to be covered by yourself.
