  1. All sales for digital, custom or pre-order products are final, and will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
  2. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if the incorrect size has been ordered. There is a product size guide for measurements on each listing to assist you. 
  3. If we have made an error on your order or you have received a faulty product, please contact us with 7 days of delivery with your order number and we will do what we can to resolve the issue for you.
  4. Please be advised that most products from SaltyTwentyTwo have are handmade and some slight variations and characteristics can be expected.
  5. If you are unhappy with a product that is not custom made or made to order and would like a refund or exchange please contact us right away. We can offer exchanges and refunds on some items but return and exchange postage will have to be covered by yourself.
